Order Acceptance and Fulfillment
All orders are subject to availability. SPACE FURNISHING PTE. LTD. manages the processing and dispatch of all orders. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping and Delivery
Logistics Partners: We collaborate with major international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to deliver orders to our European customers.
Transit Times: The estimated delivery window is 5–10 working days.
Tracking: To keep you informed, automated updates regarding your shipment’s progress—including dispatch, transit, and local delivery status—will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Delayed Delivery: Should an order exceed the stated delivery timeline, we will initiate a formal enquiry with the respective carrier. Based on the findings of this investigation, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Risk of Loss and Ownership
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with SPACE FURNISHING PTE. LTD. until the items are physically received by you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier). Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon actual receipt of the products.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
European consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without providing a reason.
Exercising the Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via email at clothing@softcubebox.com within the 14-day window.
Return Process: Items must be returned in their original state. Please follow the instructions provided by our support team upon your request.
Return Shipping: Please note that for returns not related to product defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Singapore facility.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take care in the preparation of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at clothing@softcubebox.com as soon as possible.
Resolution: To facilitate a swift resolution, please provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. There is no requirement to return items that have been verified as damaged or defective.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SPACE FURNISHING PTE. LTD. shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. For European customers, this does not override mandatory consumer protections granted by the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to your right to initiate proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
